  • shoyu (1½ tbsp )
  • cherry tomatoes ( 3 – 5, optional )
  • grated or minced ginger (1 cm³, optional )

  • green lentil sprouts (1 mason jar full )
  • yuzu ponzu sauce ( 2 tbsp )
  • white rice vinegar (1 tbsp )
